JOINING MY FITNESS CHALLENGE GROUP

Hey friends! Many of you already know that I am a Beachbody coach! I host online fitness challenges that include the perfect ingredients for success! Here are the 4 secrets to CRUSH your fitness goals!

1. THE BEST AT HOME WORKOUTS YOU WILL EVER DO!

Okay this isn't an exaggeration. I hate going to the gym, so I have always tried to find quick and effective at home workouts. I would waste time trying to find free ones on Youtube, and ended up hating them. The Beachbody on Demand workout programs have daily workouts that range around 20- 45 minutes. You do a different type of workout everyday, so you never get bored and your body achieves maximum results. There are so many programs to choose from! From the well known P90x, to Kickboxing, Yoga, Prenatal, PiYo, 21 Day Fix, Hip Hop Dancing, and MORE (over 700!). There's something for every fitness level and every body type.

2. THE MOST DELICIOUS PROTEIN SHAKE!

This isn't an exaggeration either. I've tried a lot of different protein shakes. I used to buy mine from Costco, but it would always taste too powdery for me. Shakeology literally tastes like a dessert, and it's FULL of superfoods! It has protein, chia, quinoa, pomegranate, spinach, kale, digestive enzyme blend and MORE! I usually add banana and peanut butter to make it even more healthy and delicious!

3. SIMPLE MEAL PLANS

I have always had trouble figuring out how much of every food group I should eat. Beachbody makes it easy by giving you portion control containers that are color coordinated to each food group. All you do is figure out how much you weigh, and how many calories you will be burning with your workouts. Then, Beachbody calculates how many of each container you will need to eat everyday! You even can track them on the 21 Day Fix App! When you join the challenge, I will give you some advice on meals to prep to achieve the ultimate success! 

 

 

4. A SUPPORTIVE COACH AND GROUP OF CHALLENGERS

When you sign up for the fitness challenge, you get to have ME as your personal coach! It's soo much cheaper than a trainer at the gym! You also get to join my Facebook group of challengers like you! We all support each other, give tips for healthy meals and Shakeology recipes, and keep each other accountable for doing our workouts! I've never had this kind of support at a gym.
